Description

This platform has infrastructure and trained personnel to carry out analysis of fluorescence or confocal microscopy.

AOBS spectral confocal microscope Leica inverted DMIRE2
Fluorescent lamp and mercury vapor filter cubes A, I3 and N2.1
8 laser excitation lines: 458, 476, 488, 496, 514, 543, 594 and 633 mm
3CH screening confocal reflection and fluorescence bandwidth and center wave length continuously adjustable and independently for each channel
1 channel detection of transmitted light

  HC PL APO 10x CS 0.4 DRY (2-2 mm)
  HC PL APO 10x CS 0.7 DRY (0.59 mm)
  HP PL APO CS 40X 1.25-0.75 OIL
  HP PL APO 63x ibd.BL 1.4 - 0.60 OIL
Temperature control system (heated stage)
Different types of sweep: spatial (x, x), temporal (xt, x and t, xzt, x and t) and spectral
