Proteomics
Developed by: Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Gregorio Marañón
Description
It is a Research Support Service that not only identifies isolated proteins but also allow the massive identification of proteins that make up the proteome. Quantitative proteomics studies can be done to compare the relative abundance of proteins in different samples. In addition, studies of protein interactions with other proteins, and studies of posttranslational modifications such as phosphorylation can be also performed.
