Central support unit for translational genomics
Developed by: Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria del Hospital Ramón y Cajal (IRYCIS)
Description
Description
This central support unit of Institute Ramón y Cajal for Health Research (IRYCIS) provides integral solutions in Next-Generation Sequencing, including project management and data analysis.
Our high-experienced team perform the analysis of unusual sample types such as microbiota, aptamers or mitochondrial DNA, and handle library construction from different starting material. In addition, the IRYCIS bioinformatics unit offers tailored data analysis solutions (primary, secondary and tertiary) making our genomics platform perfect for complex projects.
