Biostatistics

Objectives:

The biostatistics section offers methodological support to IdiPAZ researchers and provides technical solutions through the inclusion of the required technologies for the optimization of clinical process.

Portfolio of Services:

1. Study design 

2. Creating systems to collect data 

3. Development of information processing systems (clinical imaging systems, reading of measurement systems, implementing statistic methods…)

4. Result Analysis: multivariate analysis (discriminant analysis, correspondence analysis, factor analysis, survival analysis, risk analysis competitive analysis…), generalized linear including models with mixed effects and generalized equations, risk models development for classification and prediction, building point systems for risk evaluation, analysis of growth curves, clinical assays methodologies, sequencial analysis of data , analysis of high dimensions (microarrays analysis), bicluster analaysis. Resampling methods (Bootstrap, Jacknife…)
