Simulation and planning system for intraoperative radiotherapy and a procedure that allows the study, simulation, planning, training and registration of the treatment, which in general comprises a central processing unit or computer for the management, control and communication process through software with other devices and the user; one or more monitors or screens for the visualization of images and peripherals responsible for collecting the data of the actions performed by said user, a deformation simulation module for virtual simulation of the deformation produced in the organs and tissues during the process; algorithms for the instantaneous calculation of the dose of radiation applied during the simulation of the radiotherapeutic treatment and means for the recording of all the performed activities and generation of a complete dosimetric report.
