Asociación Española para la Calidad

AEC is a private non-profit association founded in 1961 by pioneering professionals who believed in Quality not only as a key to their businesses, they believed in Quality as a strategic element for the progress of our country. Today, more than 50 years later, at the Spanish Association for Quality we remain committed to the country, its professionals and its companies from a broader and more inclusive vision of Quality.

From the AEC we promote a Quality discipline more alive, active and committed than ever, which actively participates in the design of the Company's Strategy, in its deployment, in the Management of Innovation and Improvement, in the Customer Experience, in Change Management... We do it, from commitment and conviction, in compliance with our mission of promoting the Quality discipline as a driver for the development of people, the competitiveness of organizations and the improvement of society.

Today, with more than 1,400 members, the AEC is a community of communities, where brands and professionals share experiences, knowledge and share their needs and challenges. Our Communities and Committees are the faithful representation of this great community, open, inclusive, multidisciplinary but united by a common vision. The AEC also accompanies its partners, brands and professionals in their training needs as a trusted strategic ally.

The AEC Innovation Community is a learning community in which more than 200 professionals and organizations work and that provides high-value-added networking and is a source, observatory and repository of trends and experiences to be shared among all its members.

The AEC Innovation Community has been a pioneer in carrying out the First Study of the Culture of Innovation, carried out using the methodology defined by Babson College. More than 180 organizations have measured their Innovation Culture Index, obtaining invaluable information to define a solid innovative strategy that generates results.
