iWIN - International Women in intensive and Critical Care Network
The International Women in Intensive and Critical Care Network (iWIN) is a hub for worldwide research and innovation. iWIN was founded to address the issues of gender equality, and to connect international groups facing similar challenges. As the first international hub of its kind iWIN interacts with its global membership using group surveys, consensus projects, workshops, video conferencing, webinars and blogs. There is also an annual conference allowing physical high level networking and team building.
A gathering of world experts sharing their knowledge, developing new scientific practise and offering guidance and leadership to a select membership. The meeting offers an exclusive opportunity to interact in small groups with clinicians, scientists and all those involved in the upper echelons of healthcare.
It is also an opportunity for women - too often denied senior positions in critical care medicine, surgery, anaesthesia, gastroenterology, oncology and cardiology - a chance to build their own career paths supported and working together with men.
iWIN can help your company highlight its commitment to gender equity and women's care.
iWIN has been endorsed by many international societies. We are expecting lots senior male and female physicians from all over the globe to attend.
